  • Changeover without time-consuming matrix changes at the gluing station: This significantly reduces set-up times when changing formats. Large and small formats can be produced directly with the same matrix.
  • Motorised adjustment of the axes: This automation not only increases machine availability and ensures short set-up processes, but also guarantees consistently high repeat accuracy.
  • New roll creasing concept: The cutting processes of the centre strip unit are optimised to significantly reduce waste when changing formats. This leads to less waste and more efficient use of materials – a clear advantage in terms of sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
