Based on the servo machine, the RD 115G gear-driven machine has been completely redesigned. Also with a solid cast construction, up to 12,000 cycles/h, and designed as an open/close machine, it has other interesting features. With its innovative gear drive and many automatic adjustments, it is more of a hybrid machine that optimally supports the operator with his work. This was achieved through additional drives in the die-cutting area and the creasing and slitting unit so that these processes have no effect on the printed image.
The printing units are significantly more compact than the servo version, so the machine has a space-saving footprint. The new RD 115G is available with all standard modules for a wide range of production options:
- Print units: Bottom Flexo units as well as Top Flexo units for inside printing in one pass
- Creasing and Slitting unit
- Die-Cutting unit
- Extension modules for feeders and printing units
On request, the RD 115G can be coupled with a KOLBUS stacker, the RDB 115S Bundle stacker for optimum net output, or the flexible RDM 115S Multi stacker for bundle output or direct stacking on pallets.
