Last Friday, the company's trainees were presented with their final certificates at a ceremony. The graduates have successfully completed their training and thus reached an important milestone for their professional future.
During their years of training, the young professionals worked in various departments, gained valuable practical experience, and were able to continuously deepen their technical knowledge. The management expressly praised the trainees' commitment, willingness to learn, and achievements.
The importance of training for the company itself was particularly emphasized. “Training is an essential part of our company philosophy,” emphasized Sven Kolwey, who is responsible for the training department. “A sound education is our top priority. We consciously invest a lot of time and resources in this. Our goal is to offer young people prospects. We achieve this, among other things, by inspiring them to pursue training in an industrial company.”
Although the training period officially ended with the presentation of certificates, a new phase in the young professionals' careers is now beginning – well prepared and with a solid foundation. Almost half of the trainees were offered continued employment with the KOLBUS Group or Müller Martini Rahden.
Starting in August, there will again be opportunities to begin training with the KOLBUS Group. The KOLBUS Group GmbH still has vacancies this summer for training positions in the fields of machining (specializing in turning and milling), electronics for industrial engineering, mechatronics, industrial business management, construction mechanics for sheet metal fabrication, and IT for system integration/application development.
